I am a lecturer and researcher at the research group Employability Transition at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. I focus on research into career development by means of innovative instruments, including skill passports and career checks. I also work as a career specialist at James, an initiative of the CNV trade union. Innovation in the labour market is also central in this role. I am the alternate expert, representing the Netherlands, at CareersNet, the European network of career experts from CEDEFOP.
My work and research is aimed at stimulating career development, in all its aspects, and in that way directly linked to Life Long Development. Special interests are the accessibility and innovation of career services and professionalism.
