Career Development across the Lifecourse 

After hearing brief introductory remarks about the topic, the participants will engage in small group work, organized by areas of practice.

The groups will be tasked with identifying current practice and then developing recommendations for policy and practice related to life-long career development.  These recommendations will be put on newsprint and posted around the room.  All participants will then “vote” on their top 3 to 5. These recommendations will be synthesized and shared with both organizations to help inform strategic planning.
